Product description
ACO Access covers are the ideal solution for covering rectangular shafts used in public, industrial and private applications. They are suitable for use in a wide range of applications such as control, maintenance, supply and disposal shafts, cable ducts and cable pulling shafts used in transportation areas, where the shaft has to be protected against the ingress of dirt.
SERVOKAT covers fitted with opening assistance are the most user-friendly solution for maintaining and inspecting frequently used manholes.
ACO Roof Drainage
Product description
Flat roofs have numerous advantages; however, they must often master an enormous structural challenge. Safety, fire protection and thus the issue of roof drainage are the top priorities in design and construction.
ACO offers functional solutions, which are especially coordinated for use on flat roofs and ensure optimum removal of rainwater. Gravity drainage systems are suitable for smaller areas. On large roofs with 150 m² or larger, vacuum drainage systems are preferred. ACO offers products made of cast iron and stainless steel. We also have special solutions for green roofs, copings and for emergency drainage. ACO helps you to design the correct roof drainage and to perform the hydraulic calculations with its latest, standardised design software and its extensive practical knowledge.
Gravity roof drainage
Flat roof gullies for gravity drainage are used for draining small flat roofs with a surface area of less than 150 m2 per gully. However, this kind of drainage can also be used for larger roofs. Whether the roof covering is a membrane, concrete or gravel, ACO Spin flat roof gullies can be flexibly adapted to suit different requirements. The individual components of the gullies such as gratings, top sections and gully bodies can be combined as needed using our building block system.
With the correct accessories, ACO Spin flat roof gullies can also be used to drain green roofs. With increasingly dense construction occurring in towns and cities, more and more ecological surfaces are being covered. With an intensive or extensive green flat roof it is a relatively simple matter to compensate for this.
Siphonic roof drainage
Traffic-free roof areas which are no larger than 150 m2, such as production buildings, hangars or sports stadiums, are suitable applications for siphonic drainage.
When the rainfall is heavy enough, the gullies create reduced pressure in the pipe system. This means that an increased level of drainage performance can be achieved compared to simple gravity drainage.
Siphonic drainage can be used on membrane, concrete and gravel roofs as well as on green roofs with extensive planting. When sizing and installing a siphonic system, there are a series of guidelines to be followed. That is why our own internal Application Technology department will be happy to carry out the calculations relating to the system for your project, including the isometric diagram of the pipe layout and creating a list of the materials required

ACO Light Oil Separator | Oleopator GRP
Product description
Light liquid separators, also known as oils separators, are essential devices designed to remove oils and hydrocarbons from water prior to discharge.
ACO light liquid separators are designed and constructed in compliance with EN 858 standards and undergo rigorous LGA institute laboratory testing. This ensures maximum safety and efficiency during their operations. Lighter oils rise to the surface while solids settle, allowing clean water to exit. They find use in industrial, parking, and refueling facilities, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Regular maintenance and disposal of collected substances are crucial for optimal function. By preventing hydrocarbon pollution in water bodies, light liquid separators contribute to preserving water quality and safeguarding aquatic ecosystems.
ACO Stormsed Vortex
- Wide range of flow rates
- Designed for 80% TSS removal of 75-micron particles at high treatment flow rates
- Compact treatment solution with low footprint
- Patented design
- Easy maintenance
- Inner parts are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE)
- Possibility of various outlet angles 90°–180° (optional)
Product description
ACO Stormsed Vortex enables sedimentation through hydrodynamic or vortex separation. Designed according to NJDEP specifications, the patented solution can remove up to 80% of pollutants and capture 100% of floatables. The unique design of ACO Stormsed Vortex separates high flows from captured sediment, allowing it to treat a wide range of flow rates from sites of less than 1,000 sqm to over 20,000 sqm depending on the country of specification.
Its small footprint requires less excavation during installation, and variable connection outlet angles are available. Vortex flow allows Stormsed Vortex to operate at high treatment flow rates without the hydraulic shortcutting or sediment remobilisation issues found in other sedimentation technologies, making it perfect for high flow applications!
ACO Stormclean G

Product description
ACO presents the ACO Stormclean stormwater filter as a compact solution to advanced stormwater treatment needs. Due to its small footprint, it is an attractive alternative to large above ground soil filters when space is at a premium. ACO Stormclean combines four crucial processes – sedimentation, filtration, adsorption, and precipitation – to ensure bound and dissolved pollutant are removed from stormwater.
