ACO Monoblock is a drainage system in a monolithic design: channel and cover are made of polymer concrete in one casting. The result is an extremely stable unit without loose parts, there is also no need for bonded joints. The unique monocast construction is a guarantee for maximum safety and stability in large-scale drainage – an ideal alternative to conventional solutions. Due to its monolithic design, the Monoblock always remains stable even under extreme loads.

ACO product line of freestanding light oil separators has been extended by new product Oleolift P. Where our traditional solution Oleopator P Freestanding designed for gravity discharge is not possible to use due to discharging water into a different geodetical height or when backflow protection is required, new ACO Oleolift P Freestanding all-in-one & plug-in solution is the right choice.

Oleolift P Freestanding with coalesce unit is designed to remove petroleum substances (mineral oils, gasoline, light lubricants, etc.) contained in stormwater and technological wastewater. A sludge trap which is integrated into the tank also removes suspended solids. Durable submersible pumps with metal impeller secure water discharge when gravity discharge is not possible and water must be pumped into a different geodetical height.

Using Oleolift P Freestanding secures backflow protection which avoid danger to the environment caused by escaping light liquids and thus helps to prevent the economic consequences of leakage (excavated earth, special disposal of soil, operational failure). Solution fulfill existing explicit requirements in DIN 1999-100 to protect against leakage!

The monolithic construction of the tanks ensures tightness. An indestructible coalescing filter in the separator made of steel-propylene fabric.
